Fast-Vid acts solely as a software provider, delivering browser-based conversion utilities.

Because all processing occurs locally, the speed and success of conversions depend on your device's capabilities, browser compatibility, and available system resources. Fast-Vid makes no guarantees regarding conversion speed or quality for any particular device or browser combination.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Fast-Vid, you agree to the following:

• Ownership: You may only convert files that you own, have created, or have the explicit legal right to modify and convert. You must not use Fast-Vid to convert files that infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Fast-Vid name, logo, website design, and underlying software code are the intellectual property of Fast-Vid unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary material without our express written permission.

The file conversion tools provided on Fast-Vid incorporate open-source libraries and technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use any of the underlying software components or libraries independently of the Fast-Vid website.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fast-Vid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or reliability of the service. Because all file conversion happens locally in your browser, Fast-Vid cannot be held responsible for any file corruption, data loss, or damage that occurs during or as a result of conversion. You are strongly advised to maintain backup copies of all original files before using any conversion tool.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

Fast-Vid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
